Summary from multiple countries, from articles in English
[UPDATED] (see summary with new information since yesterday)
After dropping the first two contests, the Senators rebounded with a 5-3 win over the Anaheim Ducks Saturday night in Game 3, showing a more physical game that had been lacking back in California. (article 5) The star defenceman was suspended for one game Sunday by the NHL for hitting Ottawa's Dean McAmmond in the head with his forearm during the third period of the Senators' 5-3 win in Game 3 on Saturday. (article 4) Anton Volchenkov heeded a call from Senators general manager John Muckler and scored his biggest goal of the NHL season to keep Ottawa from the brink of elimination. (article 2) OTTAWA Anaheim defenseman Chris Pronger received a one-game suspension Sunday for his hit to the head of Ottawa forward McAmmond in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup finals. (article 3) Pronger, also given a one-game ban during the Western Conference finals, leveled McAmmond with a forearm Saturday night in the Ducks' 5-3 loss to the Senators. (article 3) OTTAWA - Daniel Alfredsson and the Ottawa Senators jumped back into the Stanley Cup Final with a little luck and a lot of anger. (article 1) Home ice presents Murray & Co. with a slight advantage, the ability to put out preferred matchups on the front line and defense. (article 6)
