(article 2) The senior made an impressive run in the state tournament at the University of Maryland, eventually finishing second to Alex Hoffman of Middletown after 36 holes and a sudden-death playoff. (article 2) Capute played No. 1 singles for the Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland B Conference team and has more than 50 wins without a loss, including several matches against A Conference opponents.
