Busch nips Edwards to win under caution at Daytona
Summary from United States, from articles in English
Fourteen drivers who will race in tonight's L 400 Sprint Cup raced Friday, and learning about track handling after the sun goes down was very much on their minds. (article 6) Busch bested Carl Edwards in a door-to-door drag race Saturday night that ended under caution with Busch earning his Sprint Cup Series-best sixth victory of the season. (article 3) The points leader with six victories in the Sprint Cup Series, Busch won for the fifth time in the Nationwide Series. (article 2) On the restart after the ninth caution, Busch went high on the track at Chicagoland Speedway and got by Johnson and held on for yet another victory. (article 1) The Russian cleared the record height with ease on her second attempt, nearly three years after her previous record of 16-5 1/4 at the 2005 world championships in Helsinki, Finland. (article 5) Competing in her first outdoor meet this season, Isinbayeva said the record was a response to American Jenn Stuczynski, who went 16-0 3/4 on May 18 to move into second on the all-time list. (article 5) Busch wasn't entirely happy with his car's speed in practice Thursday afternoon, and hopes the rain stays away for Friday's practice. (article 4)
