Astrological questions ¯¾¾ 1/2¯¾¾ 1/2I have often wondered about how the elements (earth, air, water, fire) interact, as I am a Leo with a Pisces moon. I¯¾¾ 1/2ve always been an atypical Leo ¯¾¾ 1/2 less confident and showy than a normal Leo ¯¾¾ 1/2 and have wondered if my watery moon sometimes douses my fiery sun. Astrology says the moon is our personality, and Pisces moon is softer, inspiring a more fanciful, imaginative version of the lioness than the ¯¾¾ 1/2¯¾¾ 1/2typical¯¾¾ 1/2¯¾¾ 1/2 Leo. And helping a lost soul find their way home, or getting your ¯¾¾ 1/2¯¾¾ 1/2om¯¾¾ 1/2¯¾¾ 1/2 on bring their own creative fulfillment and well-being, too. Astrological questions ¯¾¾ 1/2¯¾¾ 1/2I am a Gemini that can¯¾¾ 1/2t seem to find a partner that doesn¯¾¾ 1/2t see me as emotionally insensitive. The sun¯¾¾ 1/2s entry into Cancer heralds summer solstice: the longest day and shortest night of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. Cancer-born people do need plenty of contemplation and reflective time because they¯¾¾ 1/2re aligning their outer-world growth on unseen, inward levels. Taking time off syncs up with the season ¯¾¾ 1/2 but we¯¾¾ 1/2re still busy because private Cancer is a zippy, cardinal sign.

Actors guild weighs strategy as studios hold firm (Entertainment, 5 articles)
|
The Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers on Friday released remarks made at a bargaining session Thursday by Carol Lombardini, the group's executive vice president for business and legal affairs. The two sides met privately for more than five hours before the AMPTP released a statement saying the guild was "unreasonably" seeking more than other unions. The American Federation of Television and Radio Artists said Tuesday that its members had ratified a three-year prime-time TV contract with studios with 62 percent of voting members supporting it, after fierce opposition from the larger Screen Actors Guild.

Film review: WALL-E (Entertainment, 4 articles)
|
Set in a future where the Earth has become covered in trash and swept by dust storms and where the only wildlife is the cockroach, "WALL-E" refers to our hero: a Waste Allocation Load Lifter, Earth class. Thanks to the constant attention of robots, the human race has been reduced to morbid obesity, sloth and interactive video screens. His prayers are answered at last when another robot, EVE, is sent to Earth by humans to find signs of plant-life.
